Turning knowledge
into action.

Praxis partners with organizations across Minnesota and Wisconsin to build more reflective, equitable, and sustainable workplaces. We help teams move from understanding to everyday practice.

Our approach

We center mental health as a vehicle for equity and sustainable growth. Our work is trauma-informed, culturally honoring, relational, and grounded in the belief that meaningful change happens together.
